Suther’s isn’t just a name chosen at random by a marketing team. Jerry and Tim Suther are the second generation to put their name “on the bag”. They learned the feed business while operating portable grinder mixers pulled to the customer’s farm Monday through Friday. Saturday was spent on machinery repairs. That’s getting to know the feed business and your customers from the ground up!

Today Suther’s is a manufacturer for base mixes, complete feeds, and minerals for swine, cattle, dairy, sheep and goat producers. Even though Tim and Jerry Suther won’t show up at your farm with their portable feed mill, you can be assured of receiving the same quality feed they made when they faced their customers over the unloading augers. Suther’s mission is still the same—a long term relationship with a customer that is beneficial for both, rather than a quick one-time sale that doesn’t have the customer’s best interest at heart.
